Get To Know The Owner: Crystal R. Bateman
As a young child, her calling was very clear. Her divine purpose in life was to help people and she has taken that role within the Kingdom of God very seriously. From every hardship and challenge she has encountered, the Lord has been her source of strength. Naturally, she wanted to share that peace, comfort and love experienced with others. While serving in the U.S. Air Force, she had the pleasure of coaching, mentoring and developing personnel at all levels of leadership and walks of life achieve and/or surpass their goals. The skills she has gained from serving over 20 years has been invaluable, but were culminated by her earning recognition as the second African American woman in 76 years to win the 2022 U.S. Air Force, First Sergeant of the Year award. She earned her undergraduate degree in Education in 2009 and Graduate degrees in Human Resources Management in 2013 and Business Administration in 2018. She is currently enrolled for her Doctorate in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Ministry. She believes in using tried and true biblical principles in order to flourish in life. As such, her business model is deeply rooted in unwaivering Christian faith. It is her belief that Jesus Christ has made the way clear and has provided the perfect playbook on how to live life.
